14 Tips Every Buyer Should Know Before Purchasing

1. Property taxes and qualified home interest are deductible on 
    individual's federal income tax return.

     ready when the time comes.
11. The right to conduct a property inspection, included in your 
     sales contract, will give you the ability to negotiate with 
     the seller in case of major problems reported by the inspector.
12. A Home Protection Plan can provide coverage for selected 
     items such as Central Heating an Cooling, some plumbing,
     appliances and other things. Ask me about these plans

13. Ask the real estate professional about his or her past clients.
14. Ask the real estate professional who he or she is representing
